Responsibilities

· Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue goals.
· Convert lead into long-term business partnerships.
· Identify customers’ unique product requirements and collaborate with our engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
· Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
· Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, make calls, and maintain accurate records of all activities using CRM software.
· Coordinate with the Customer Success team to facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for customers onsite.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with packaging manufacturing design firms, equipment distributors, system integrators, and industrial automation OEMs.
· Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and new markets within VFFS machinery and packaging.
· Provide valuable market feedback to guide product development and innovation.
· Conduct technical product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
· Offer engineering solutions to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
· Interpret and explain technical drawings and specifications to clients.
· Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
· Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.
· Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through personalized engagement and technical insights.
· Provide ongoing support and maintain open communication with clients.
· Represent the company at trade shows, building strong relationships with attendees.
