Position: Technical Sales Specialist
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Ref: WCA2002025
Lead and execute account strategies focused on driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage sales activities, resolve customer issues, and build long-term relationships. Identify new opportunities, align with market strategy, and ensure consistent delivery of value across designated markets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering; diploma or equivalent professional experience also considered
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Dynamics applications
• Programming experience in Ansi C, Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Python, Node-RED, and CodeSys IDE is considered an asset
• Successful completion of Engineering Launchpad and Sales Launchpad onboarding programs
