Ensure all quotes and associated documentation meet Element’s quality and compliance standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quoting accuracy, process efficiency, and customer experience. Prior experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support within a pharmaceutical testing, analytical laboratory, or life sciences environment strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, customer-friendly proposals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across laboratory, sales, and client teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
