Are you our new technical sales support engineer who can strengthen our IMEA sales support operations and play a key role in our continued growth in the region?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with strong technical and commercial capabilities to join our dynamic team in Dubai. YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a technical background in marine or mechanical engineering.
  • Brings strong commercial understanding including payment terms and negotiation processes.
  • Has legal awareness and experience in risk evaluations related to technical projects.
  • Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a loyal, outgoing mindset.
  • Is fluent in English (spoken and written); additional regional language skills are a plus.
  • Is a team player, service-minded, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities

As our new technical sales support engineer, you will:

  • Provide advanced technical support in pumping technology and engineering, with a focus on the marine sector.
  • Assist in quote preparation, follow-up, and lead generation to support business development.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and customers, offering guidance and technical insight.
  • Evaluate legal aspects of contracts and offers, including risk assessments.
  • Ensure successful execution and coordination of projects within the sales support function.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across cross-cultural environments.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Middle East and Turkey markets, drawing on your proven hands-on experience in the region.
