REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales support or engineering roles in the offshore, hydraulics, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, offshore equipment, and machinery used in the offshore industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software, CAD systems, and other engineering tools for technical documentation and product design will be preferred.

• Provide technical sales support by analyzing customer needs, recommending suitable hydraulic/offshore solutions, and assisting with proposals and quotations.
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, deliver product consultations, and conduct presentations or training sessions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions and ensure specifications and performance requirements are met.
• Deliver troubleshooting and after-sales support , including installation assistance, problem resolution, and system upgrades.
• Maintain product expertise and market awareness through updated technical knowledge, documentation, and competitor/market analysis.
