TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - ACCESS REQUEST PROVISIONING:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical Security Analyst - Access Request Provisioning for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - ACCESS REQUEST PROVISIONING - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves monitoring and provisioning access requests to ensure seamless operations within the Access Request Provisioning department. The Technical Security Analyst will support access issues and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient access management process.

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - ACCESS REQUEST PROVISIONING - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Certification or education in Cyber Security
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar field (helpdesk, customer support, access)
• Experience with Macro/PowerShell/etc. scripting/programming
• Strong background in Access Request Provisioning
• Proficiency in ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - ACCESS REQUEST PROVISIONING – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Understanding of technical documents such as provisioning guides
• Experience in teamwork-focused environments
• Familiarity with accessible technology practices

• Monitor bins for access requests
• Provision access as submitted on the request
• Support access issues via Incident bin
