TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROVISIONING:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical Security Analyst - Identity & Access Management Provisioning for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROVISIONING - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves supporting the Identity & Access Management team by provisioning end user access to various systems. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing and analyzing queues for trends, and handling interaction resolution and escalations with a high focus on customer support and efficient IT documentation.

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROVISIONING - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or IT-related disciplines
  • Certifications in information security preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar field (helpdesk, customer support, access)
  • Knowledge in Identity & Access Management controls and policies
  • Skilled in collaboration, troubleshooting, and gap analysis
  • Strong technical writing aptitude, written and verbal communications skills

TECHNICAL SECURITY ANALYST - IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROVISIONING – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Certification or education in Cyber Security
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow
  • Macro/PowerShell scripting/programming
