In this position as Technical Service Agent (m/f/d) for digital Marketplaces / E-Commerce, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.

  • Are able to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state.

Ideally you already have:

  • Experience in customer service. Prior working in service organization is desired.
  • Online Advertising Experience that is a big plus

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Technical Service Agent (m/f/d) in our team you will:

  • support incoming customer enquiries relating to the topic of e-commerce and digital Marketplace.
  • provide assistance with set-up issues with different E-Commerce Software through to processing fault reports or initiating solutions for the customers.
  • Offering products and tools assistance to customers via diverse communication channels.
  • record more in-depth concerns or major bug fixes and pass them on to the next level
