The Laerdal Services and Product Information team is responsible for the development and the implementation of Educational and Technical Services and Product Information for all our products and solutions, and we are now looking for a Services Developer to join our team, primarily for Technical Services.
Technical Services is dedicated to ensuring our products and solutions are consistently installed and maintained, guaranteeing that customers always have operational products. You will join us on an innovative journey, leveraging digital technologies to develop and offer new digital services and solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include exploring, creating, improving, and maintaining Technical Services content and solutions, as well as training our internal Field Service Engineers and Technicians across our global organization on any new or updated Technical Services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of an accredited Biomedical Engineering Qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering abilities
  • Networking and IT skills in network administration

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Technical Services material
  • Ensure all services materials are updated and published according to standardized processes
  • Align services materials with project timelines and organizational strategies
  • Implement organizational preparedness for the delivery of Technical Services
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for the global Services teams
  • Periodically review and update service materials to ensure continuous improvement
