Welcome to Bosch. 职位描述 Support project teams by conducting service ability reviews Define and create spare parts lists Develop service documentation (including exploded views, repair instructions, lubrication instructions, service information, etc.) Coordinate with external agencies for the creation of service documentation Manage changes for our Asia plants related to service (including material management, spare parts lists, documentation management, etc.) 核心任务：为博世电动工具创建、维护清晰标准的维修指导文档。在产品研发阶段，通过SAR协助产品团队指定新产品的售后策略分析新开发的电动工具，确定制定备件清单。为新产品编写售后相关技术文件，包括零件爆炸图，维修技术指导，润滑剂指引，售后信息等等。与外部设计伙伴协调，共同完成高质量技术文档的制作。管理与亚洲工厂相关的技术文档变更，确保备件清单和维修指南的准确性和及时更新职位要求 Team player Fluent in English; German is appreciated Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or ideally in construction (graphics) Experience in project team setup required (with internal and external interfaces) Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences or at least 5 years of experience in an engineering-related environment Specializations in graphics design, media computer science, system technology, or data management in product development are welcome 机械工程、电气工程或相关工科专业背景喜欢并擅长将复杂的技术信息，转化为任何人都能看懂的标准操作指南有电动工具、家电或精密制造行业的研发、测试或技术服务经验者优先具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能与国内外同事及合作伙伴顺畅交流。英语流利，能熟练阅读英文技术资料并与海外团队进行日常沟通。 (可选）拥有应用科学大学学士学位或1-3年工程相关领域经验；懂德语或有图形设计/数据管理知识者更佳。

Responsibilities

The Technical Service Engineer will support project teams by conducting service ability reviews and developing service documentation. They will also manage changes related to service for Asia plants, ensuring accurate and timely updates of spare parts lists and repair instructions.
