Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Technical Service Engineer (all genders) looking for your next challenge focusing on ERP integration, SQL databases, and ETL processes? Join Lucanet’s established Technical Customer Onboarding (TCO) Team in a key role, stepping into an already successful setup to maintain excellent technical service levels for our growing international customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Customer onboarding: Lead complete technical onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring smooth ERP integration, ETL processes, data transformations, and ongoing technical support of LucaNet solutions.
  • Implementation & administration: Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components, interfaces, and SQL databases, ensuring successful handover and customer acceptance.
  • Consulting and relationship management: Serve as expert technical advisor to customer-side IT and professional stakeholders regarding Lucanet implementations and system integrations.
  • Technical troubleshooting and resolution: Identify, analyze, and solve technical issues promptly, collaboratively working with colleagues and customers to ensure efficient outcomes.
  • Process optimization: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and technical integration processes based on your experience, creating documentation, best practices, and guidelines for stakeholders and teammates.
