Description
Serve as the main point of contact between the company - Mining Solutions - and distributors across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include:
Strengthening commercial relationships with each customer by establishing business solutions that maximize value for both the customer and society.
Achieving and maximizing sales targets through close engagement with customer operations.
Promoting our Mining Solutions, delivering value, and ensuring customer trust.
Providing technical support, participating in field tests, and conducting training on the use of off-the-road (OTR tires.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience in technical service roles within the automotive, mining, construction, or related industries
Proficient in data tools such as Python and/or Power BI for technical analysis and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent in English (spoken and written
Willingness to travel across Mexico and Central America
Must be available to travel frequently

Responsibilities

Visit Mining, Industrial, and Construction customers to provide technical support with a “solutions approach”
Establish sales and solution proposals in collaboration with Bridgestone teammates and external partners, aligned with business strategy and customer pain points
Gather market insights and competitive intelligence using the 5P framework to enhance sales strategy
Conduct periodic multi-departmental site meetings to report on solution progress and demonstrate value
Perform field verification activities and technical analyses
Document and report customer feedback and site visit activities to both clients and Bridgestone Japan
Promote and support field testing of new products, compounds, and services (e.g., B-Tag
Attend and support client claim adjustments, ensuring accurate tire records and scrap classification
Provide regular reports to Bridgestone Corporation (Japan regarding client status, product performance, and market trends
Execute technical evaluations such as GPS tracking, TKPH, heat and weight studies, and scrap reviews
