EXPERIENCE:

  • C+G NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Hydrocarbon Training Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079).
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience working on Mitsubishi Electric products.
  • Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and can demonstrate safe working practices.
  • Clean Driving License.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver and report upon all sales inspections, warranty inspections and Quality issues across the complete range of LES sold Mitsubishi Electric products, both current and existing.

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all key activities in-line with department standards and company principles.
  • Follow correct procedures for all product rework activities ensuring completeness in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • To meet all service level agreements and key performance indicators set for CPG Returns within the Workshop team.
  • Assessing and processing Finished Goods returns using CM2 platform.
  • Perform unit modifications ensuring MELCO Quality is maintained.
  • Perform Stock enhancement to support sales on request.
  • Investigate, test and report on returned Warranty claim products.
  • Add additional refrigerant charge to E-Series products to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Add additional refrigerant charge to any other Applied product if required to maintain stock levels.
  • Re-work stock with potential Quality issues.
  • Assess, report, and repair warehouse damaged products.
