Our client is a Global Market Leader, selling their products to multiple industries. Due to their aggressive growth, they are searching for an EMEA Technical Service Manager

Responsibilities:

You will be managing the Technical Service Team across EMEA

You will be in charge of handling complaints, the helpdesk and planning all services across EMEA

You will be speaking with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is always at the forefront

You will be working closely with Engineering / Production and the Senior Leadership Team

Qualification

You must be responsible for a Technical Service Team now

Excellent communication skills in English

A Technical education is needed

Must be motivated to work in an international environment
