  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of our technical service business in the DACH region.
  • You will plan and coordinate your team’s assignments and ensure efficient processes.
  • You will manage, develop, and train your employees with vision and passion.
  • You will support our network of authorized service partners (ASCs) and strategically expand it.
  • You will plan and coordinate training measures and drive the continuous development of our service quality.
  • You will work closely with the sales department and represent our service professionally to customers and partners.
  • You keep an eye on budgets, resources, and priorities at all times and manage proactively.
