Description TRUE Fitness is seeking a customer-focused Technical Service Operations Specialist to support our network of internet-connected fitness equipment. This role serves as the central point of coordination between internal technical teams, gym customers, and field service partners to ensure fast issue resolution and maximum equipment uptime. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for connected fitness consoles, including hardware, software, and IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi/LAN) Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and remote support tools Manage service tickets from intake through resolution, prioritizing based on business impact Coordinate technicians, parts, and scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery Configure operating systems for new installations and manage remote software updates and security patches Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security checks across the console network Create and maintain SOPs and user documentation for internal teams and customers Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users Qualifications & Skills Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience supporting internet-connected or IoT-enabled devices Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active service tickets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with scheduling software, inventory tools, and POS systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop support tools Familiarity with fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines) preferred Experience managing devices remotely in the field strongly preferred TRUE Fitness offers a collaborative environment where technology, service, and fitness come together.
