We are seeking a Technical Operative to join our team in an office-based role. This position is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in refurbishing and recycling electronic devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for device refurbishment, job planning, and various operational tasks. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting operational tasks within the business.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Experience or strong interest in electronics, device repair, or refurbishing technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices, including desktops, laptops, and other tech equipment.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting, data management, and task tracking.
• Comfortable working with internal databases and other software programs related to job tracking.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate tasks and share updates.
