Your responsibilities

  • Manage the servicing of Infection Prevention (IP) products from technical point-of-view throughout the entire service lifecycle – from launches via modifications to end-of-life – across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
  • Define the technical standard for service activities in line with the requirements from legal manufacturer of IP products
  • Closely interact/collaborate with the Field Service organization across EMEA that performs the service activities at the customers’ site (e.g., preventives inspections/maintenance, repairs)
  • Understand the challenges of both, legal manufacturers who define the requirements for service activities as well as Field Service Technicians who perform the service activities, and strive for pragmatic & service-oriented solutions for customers
  • Cooperate with regional leads from the Field Service organization, leverage local initiatives and drive expansion of service activities (e.g., hygiene services)
  • Monitor the performance & quality of IP products in the market and share insights with legal manufacturers to foster continuous improvement

Your qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or similar with technical focus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in service-oriented business areas
  • Analytical thinking & structured decision-making
  • Strong communication and effective collaboration skills with a sense for stakeholder management
  • Customer/service oriented mindset & empathetic being
  • Proactive behavior & intrinsic drive for own responsibilities
  • Experience in international & cross-cultural collaboration
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Motivation to further grow with a leading manufacturer & service provider of medical products
  • Product knowledge on IP products is a benefit, but not required
