REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in technical report writing and effective communication.
• Experience in supplier management and resolving product-related issues.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Perform product inspections and testing to verify performance and compliance with standards.
• Prepare clear reports on product performance, test findings, and corrective measures.
• Investigate product issues, determine root causes, and recommend or implement improvements.
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve product concerns and enhance overall performance.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints both on-site and remotely.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, and operations) to drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to support product and process enhancements.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and service processes across products and projects.
