    This is an on-site position and training will take place in Welland, Ontario.
Responsibilities
  • Completion of Personal Lines and Farm and Commercial billing items
  • Pathway requests & campaigns
  • Transactions (cancellation, reinstatement, policy changes and reissue)
  • Participate in a billing phone queue for direct billing inquiries and payments while answering non-licensed SSK/chat inquiries
  • Update the Duliban Hub with billing information for each company
  • Report on cancellations weekly (ex: identifying cancellations & reasons)
  • Answer/greet and triage incoming phone calls and walk in clients to available insurance professionals across the company in various departments
  • Manage callbacks for all departments according to their specific procedures
  • Reconcile/close out batches including e-transfer summaries, cheques and debit payments received over 1-2 days
  • Prepare mail and courier items as needed
  • Enter leads into zoho generated from client calls, quote emails and monoline emails for sales teams
  • Adherence to all company health and safety policies
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of integrity and professionalism
