El colaborador será responsable por garantizar la estabilidad de la cuenta en cuestiones técnicas manteniendo el enfoque a cumplir los objetivos de la compañía. Sus principales actividades: Monitorear los KPIs de la operación de cada sistema. Dar seguimiento a los planes de acción de acuerdo con los resultados de cada programa. Búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades comerciales Búsqueda, análisis ,reportabilidad y cumplimiento de los proyectos de valor Mantener el stock adecuado de productos químicos en cada sistema Mantener una relación estrecha con los usuarios de los sistemas, así como, con personal clave del cliente, mediante juntas de asesoramiento, entrega de reportes y resultados Apoyo en preparación de propuestas técnicas para consolidar nuevos negocios Promotor de la seguridad guiando al equipo en seguimiento y apego a la disciplina operativa At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people. Responsibilities

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for ensuring account stability in technical matters while meeting company objectives. Key activities include monitoring KPIs, following up on action plans, and maintaining relationships with system users and key client personnel.
