Description

As a Technical Service Representative on the Finishing Team, you will apply your skills and experiences to support the performance of the large-scale papermaking equipment at our customers facilities across North America. The individual must have either a strong mechanical background or knowledge of controls and automation systems. lead and perform on-site repair or preventive maintenance services at customer's site and in accordance with contract requirements troubleshoot either mechanical or programmable related issues generate customer-focused, high quality, and timely field reports with strong recommendations for improvements of customers' processes or systems What you'll need A two or four-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Papermaking Technology, or a related field. Three to five years minimum experience in a technical role within the papermaking industry or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. For those with a Controls background, understanding of PLC programming with a knowledge of Rockwell Software a plus. Responsibilities

Support the performance of large-scale papermaking equipment at customer facilities. Lead and perform on-site repair or preventive maintenance services in accordance with contract requirements.
