JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Technical Service Inside Sales Representative to join our BD EMEA Service Sales and Marketing team in one of the following countries; Germany, Poland, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Reporting to the Service sales and Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting customers and commercial teams to find the best service solutions for their needs. This position offers an opportunity to develop and enhance your sales expertise while contributing to the healthcare sector. You will focus on converting, renewing, and upselling service contracts, primarily through phone-based customer interactions, in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is an office-based role, with a focus on work-life balance and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, managing calls and emails efficiently.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure service sales opportunities, working within established processes and tools.
  • Prepare and negotiate customer proposals, ensuring agreements align with their requirements.
  • Handle service contracts by preparing quotations, tender documents, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams and Technical Service teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers.
  • Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts to achieve financial objectives.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and enhance their overall experience.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders such a local sales teams and Technical Service teams
  • Maintain accurate records in tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other relevant systems.
