Responsibilities / Tasks How you’ll make an impact: Manage complex service offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs Support the development of selected service products, from in-depth analysis to market launch—both for external customers and internal GEA Regions & Countries Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers Collaborate with GEA Regions & Countries to grow the service business and strengthen local capabilities (e.g. joint customer visits, training preparation, etc.) Actively contribute to expanding the service portfolio by promoting upgrades, maintenance contracts, and conducting service audits Your Profile / Qualifications What sets you up for success: Strong mechanical background; knowledge of automation and software is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders Well-organized, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach using creative and adaptive methods Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded; thrives in team environments Bonus points if you have… Previous experience in Service roles Willingness to travel for business purposes Curiosity and a strong work ethic are highly valued What you'll achieve: Timely and effective handling of customer requests Increased customer satisfaction through an expanded bakery service portfoli Growth in Service business turnover Strengthened relationships with Regions & Countries (R&C) Solid understanding of bakery-specific competencies and processes Ready to engineer a better world with us?
