Job Description Technical Service Support Manure (TSS) We are seeking a new team member to join our Technical Support Team, with a clear focus on supporting Lely manure solutions. Our team supports all Lely products, including equipment for automated barn‑environment management, systems handling organic materials, and other technologies that help our customers streamline daily farm operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Co‑conducting technical training sessions for the products listed above (training Center, Lely Center, or end‑customer locations). Preparing training and informational materials. Participating in the 24/7 remote Technical Support Center. Providing technical support in Poland and abroad. Collaborating with the team to quickly resolve issues and improve processes. Participating in validation projects for new products and software. Coordinating technical updates. Conducting audits of existing installations. Qualifications Technical education in Automation & Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Up-to-date technical and practical knowledge of agriculture, preferably within dairy production is an advantage. Valid Category B driving licence. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics. Proficient in MS Office applications. Willingness to travel as required. Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach. Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage. English proficiency at a minimum of B1 level.
