WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum GCE‘O’ Level or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Relevant Fresh ITE or Diploma holder will also be considered
• 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection lab is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working with lab equipment and machinery.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent.
• Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on work ethic.
• Must be able to work in Singapore without a work pass.
• Work passes holder are subjected to MOM approval.
• Able to start work immediately (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will support the Engineer and Manager in key technical service activities including rubber testing, rubber mixing, machine operation, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Material Preparation & Handling : Support lab activities by preparing and handling rubber materials and rubber mixing.
• Machine Setup & Operation : Operate and maintain laboratory machinery and equipment.
• RUBBER TESTING & ANALYSIS :Weigh, mix, and compound rubber recipes.Evaluate rubber properties.
• EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE :Conduct regular housekeeping.Perform minor troubleshooting of lab equipment.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT :Maintain and update inventory records.
• COMPLIANCE & SAFETY :Follow all safety protocols and SOPs.Ensure the workplace remains clean and well-organized
