EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree required. Associates degree is preferred.
• Candidate must be based in or around the Dallas, TX area.
• Strong technical background with commercial cooking equipment required.
• Must possess or be qualified to obtain international passport.
• Must have working knowledge of using basic tools, multimeter, manometers.
• Must have the ability to read and explain wire diagrams.
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Gas license is a plus.

• Works with Engineering and Sales department closely to ensure that trainings for new equipment and sales are up to date.
• Maintain service network contacts.
• Travel domestically and internationally frequently for trainings as required. Estimated travel requirement is 75-80% of the time annually
