Peabody’s two-year Graduate program will see you working on site as part of our technical teams gaining exposure on how to deliver world class best practice mining. If you are successful you will experience a structured learning and development program designed to develop technical and practical skills whilst your gain on the ground hands on experience in the mining industry with an international mining company.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE PEABODY ENERGY GRADUATE PROGRAM, YOU MUST:

• Hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in: Mining Engineering, Geology, Surveying or Geotechnical Engineering
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Be a team player with great communication skills
• Be ready to work onsite at one of our mine locations
• Have a willingness to relocate
