Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee the operational management of building and engineering services, ensuring all maintenance and contract work meets appropriate standards.
  • Provide expert technical advice and professional support to staff, senior management, and external agencies.
  • Manage the Permit to Work system and ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Lead a team responsible for the safe operation of all plant and equipment on-site.
  • Develop and implement energy policies and ensure efficient operation of critical systems.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance services.
  • Maintain commercial and contract compliance, including performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Deliver training, manage staff morale, and conduct performance evaluations.
