Responsibilities

Come Ride With Us as our Technical Services Manager at Cannondale’s beautiful factory in Almelo, Netherlands. Reporting into our Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this hands-on management role, you’ll take charge of organizing and overseeing maintenance in the technical department, production equipment, and technical systems, ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and ready for action. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting the implementation of new production tools and equipment, helping to drive innovation and continuous improvement on the shop floor. If you’re someone who loves solving problems, leading teams, and being the go-to expert for mechanical maintenance, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, impact, and growth..
Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based at the Cannondale Almelo location 5 days/week.
