Responsibilities

· Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for internal innovation initiatives.
· Oversee the design, development, and testing of strategic projects including ERP, dashboards, and workflow tools.
· Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
· Coordinate planned and unplanned system events, including updates, outages, and hardware failures.
· Oversee systems security execution including threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance enforcement.
· Support internal departments with atypical technical solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
· Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment contracts.
