This enables acute care settings to quickly obtain data regarding the status of Medtronic implanted cardiac devices, facilitating faster treatment decisions. To learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at Medtronic Click Here A Day in the Life Review Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device data and provide quality analysis of the data Provide results to the facility in a specified timeframe via phone and written communications Provide accurate technical information to callers Responsible for receiving, documenting/reporting customer contacts and complaints for tracking, trending, and FDA reporting May train others on non-technical aspects (soft skills) of the job as well as the technical training and certification Able to operate a computer and work in multiple operating systems Answer incoming calls from customers Provide technical support to incoming callers who need assistance utilizing interrogation devices for pacemakers/implantable defibrillators Additional Information This position is a remote role that will not report to a Medtronic facility.
