The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Technical Services Specialist II to support our Transfusion Division. This role provides specialized technical support for medical diagnostic product development and production, handling complex, non-routine tasks involving equipment and procedures. It requires strong problem-solving through data analysis and research, with work directly impacting operations, cost, and overall efficiency. Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM What You’ll Work On Maintain quality system effectiveness and regulatory compliance Provide advanced technical support across multiple disciplines Execute complex, non-routine tasks with judgment and creativity Drive process improvements using data and analysis Interpret/create technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures Support engineering with prototypes, testing, and troubleshooting Required Qualifications High school diploma 2 years of relevant experience in the field. * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
