Description

OUR MISSION

At Circus (Xetra: CA1), headquartered in Hamburg with offices in Berlin and Munich, we are pioneering global developments in on-demand autonomous food production. From culinary creation to production and operations, everything is powered by seamlessly integrated robotics and transformative AI.
Our foundation lies in groundbreaking advancements in robotics, driven by artificial intelligence — the long-missing link in realizing fully autonomous food automation. The time has come for a new status quo: just as autonomous vehicles are reshaping our cities and daily lives, we are redefining the entire experience of food.
Our team brings together leading minds in Robotics, AI, Engineering, and Culinary, working closely with industry-leading partners to revolutionize how food is prepared, accessed, and experienced.
Join us as we shape a future where the art of cooking meets the science of technology — and where food becomes something fundamentally new.

BASE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed apprenticeship in a technical field or relevant hands-on experience in operations or machinery maintenance.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining general machinery or equipment.
  • Comfortable recording issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating across teams to solve technical problems.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a technical, service, or food production context.
  • Familiarity with agile project methods, continuous improvement, and OKRs is a plus.
Responsibilities

As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in setting up, managing, and continuously improving our showroom operations. This customer-facing role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless product demonstrations and efficient day-to-day showroom activities. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of our robotic systems and operational excellence, contributing to both the R&D, commercial and deployment teams while owning the expansion of our showroom network.
