Our Client are currently looking for a Technical Support & Small Works Engineer to join their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

· Provide expert remote support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues via inbound tickets and emergency queries (including on call rota).
· Collaborate with field engineers, offering technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high quality service delivery.
· Support sales and customer teams with system design, stakeholder meetings, and solution recommendations.
· Proactively identify upgrade opportunities and help implement resilient, modern solutions tailored to customer needs.
· Manage customer requirements, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and issue resolution.
· Responsible for carrying out ad-hoc callouts for diagnostic and small/repair works.
Technical & Small Works Engineer (Security Systems) Skills and Experience:
· Strong technical expertise across a wide range of security systems, with solid IP networking knowledge and experience in fault finding and installation.
· Ability to mentor engineers, with a logical approach to troubleshooting and a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
· Well organised and experienced in managing technical workstreams, ideally with exposure to fire systems (beneficial but not essential).
· Extensive hands on experience and deep technical knowledge.
