Description

15+ years in eCommerce technology roles, with 5+ years as a solution architect. Strong background in system integration (payments, logistics, ERP/CRM/OMS, third-party services). Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopware, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and bespoke/custom applications using .Net, Java, NodeJS. Proven track record in RFP responses, proposal writing, and pre-sales solutioning. Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns. Proficiency with MuleSoft or similar integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, Apigee). Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and headless commerce implementations. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers). Strong grasp of eCommerce business processes (catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, fulfillment). Ability to lead client workshops, requirement analysis, and solution roadmaps. Bachelors or Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Shopware, or MuleSoft. Experience with global eCommerce rollouts, including multi-currency, multi-language, and tax/localization. Familiarity with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops and requirement analysis to develop solution roadmaps. Provide expertise in eCommerce technology and system integration for various platforms.
