• Work in close collaboration with the different departments to offer the best tools and skills essential to the success of technical platform automation projects in France.
• Analyze the critical points of laboratory organizations in identified and qualified projects and propose the technical and organizational solutions best suited to the client’s expectations and needs while improving the profitability of the business on these matters.
• Develop proposals for the efficient organization of workstations and activity flows to improve the performance and profits of the client and Abbott.
• Actively present solution value propositions to customers through presentations, on-site and off-site system demonstrations/evaluations
• Provide guidance on post-implementation workflow to ensure customer expectations and value propositions are delivered and recognized.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop the relationships necessary for the success of complex implementations in new environments.
• Maintain and grow existing and new customers through workflow consulting and ethical sales methods.
• Bring a real consulting approach, for example according to the Lean-6 Sigma methodology, in the management of strategic accounts.
