MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
-

2 years of experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).

  • 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 2 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities
  • Help partners in their issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
  • Provide guidance and work closely with business and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows.
