  • Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco/San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

SALARY RANGE INFORMATION

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is (Base salary ranges from $162,000 to $235,000 plus variable sales target earnings). However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop expertise in our emerging technologies, and partner with teams across the company to ensure that our customers and pre-sales organizations have what they need to be successful. This is a cross-functional role, situated in our Applied AI Engineering group, focused on field and customer enablement in partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales Enablement teams.

  • Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to understand and influence the direction of our emerging products.
  • Act as an SME for a subset of our portfolio.
  • Join customer meetings and work with our Solutions Engineers as an overlay/specialist.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and our customer-facing teams and advocate for their needs with our Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop enablement collateral such as reference architecture diagrams, data sheets, and customer-targeted technical presentations for Solutions Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop customer and sales facing collateral.
  • Conduct internal training workshops for technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends relevant to your product area.
