Job Details Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Development Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and configurations. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and other Salesforce.com features. Leverage Salesforce tools like Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs to deliver high-quality solutions. Project Management Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions. Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and manage expectations effectively. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure users are proficient with the implemented solutions. Quality Assurance and Support Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions to ensure continuous improvement and user satisfaction. Compliance and Security Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information. . Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud. Proven experience in leading development projects and managing teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Experience Service Cloud Consultant, are highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Persuasive communication and people skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
