Job Description Your Career We are seeking an accomplished Technical Solutions Operations Consultant to lead strategic program management initiatives within the EMEA Technical Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage our worldwide & EMEA programs, exploit data analytics to drive operational excellence, process automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically skilled, and strategic leader with a proven track record in program management, exploiting data analytics, & advanced reporting. Your Impact Lead end-to-end program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of programs relying on data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization. Exploit complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SQL, Python). Translate business needs into actionable data insights, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform executive decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives. Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support business objectives. Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are maintained across all analytics initiatives. Mentor and train team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement. Qualifications Your Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes). Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and drive high-value initiatives. Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, CSM) is highly preferred. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, customer analytics, or related fields. Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced statistical modeling. Prior experience in a global, matrixed technology organization. Key Exclusion Criteria Candidates lacking proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce will not be considered. Candidates without demonstrable experience in exploiting reports & dashboards are not eligible. Candidates unable to provide evidence of high-quality executive communications, including well-structured meeting summaries and strategic recommendations, will be excluded.
