Description

What you'll be doing:Leading technical discovery and supporting complex customer solutions.
Investigating challenging application issues, identifying root causes and resolving problems wherever possible.
Troubleshooting APIs, web services, integrations, databases, application logs and customer environments.
Supporting technical implementations, system upgrades, migrations and deployments.
Working directly with customer IT teams and integration partners to understand requirements and resolve technical challenges.
Providing Development teams with clear, evidence-based investigations when software defects need to be escalated.
Building repeatable troubleshooting processes and sharing technical knowledge across the business.
