You’ll work closely with customers, scope technical requirements, communicate with our developers, and QA the final delivery to ensure it meets expectations. You will be the technical bridge between what clients need and what we build.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable leading customer calls and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be the first technical point of contact for clients looking to build custom integrations on the Wingmate platform. You’ll lead scoping calls to gather requirements, document workflows, and coordinate with our developers to bring those solutions to life. Once a project is delivered, you will QA the work to ensure it meets both functional and customer expectations before it goes live.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead scoping calls with clients to gather technical requirements for custom integrations.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable specs for developers.
  • Perform QA testing of completed work to ensure it aligns with customer expectations and functional requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during and after project delivery.
  • Maintain internal documentation for custom solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product, and customer success teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.
  • Suggest improvements to our integration process and QA methods.
  • Occasionally assist with testing core platform features or automated workflows.
