About your new role: As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across the globe to support CommandLink’s rapidly growing Software Team. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, market research, and outreach campaigns to connect with the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Outreach Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Product, and related roles) across global markets. Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, Gem, GitHub, job boards, and niche communities. Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and build candidate relationships. Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates for current and future needs. Partnership with Recruiting & Hiring Teams Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs. Provide market insights and sourcing strategies to support hard-to-fill roles. Partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate handoff and interview process. Market Research & Talent Mapping Conduct research on technical talent pools across LATAM and global markets. Map competitive organizations to identify potential candidate pipelines. Stay current on sourcing tools, trends, and best practices in technical recruiting. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Represent CommandLink’s brand and culture in all candidate interactions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and professional engagement. Contribute to building CommandLink’s employer brand presence in technical communities. What you’ll need for success: 3+ years of experience in technical sourcing, talent research, or recruiting, with a focus on technical roles for SaaS or technology companies (Software, Product, Engineering). Experience sourcing across multiple geographies, with an emphasis on global technical talent. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Gem, Boolean search, etc.) and ATS/CRM systems. Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Spanish or Portuguese a big plus. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
