REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of proven sourcing experience, either in-house or within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill positions, with expertise in leveraging various sourcing tools and crafting personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to quickly grasp new roles and requirements, demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust, act as a strategic partner, and effectively manage expectations with hiring managers.
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges, follow up on passive leads, and achieve ambitious outreach goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

As our first dedicated sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our engineering teams.
