We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team to help hire the exceptional talent that will power the technology behind Fin. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in fuelling Intercom’s innovation by identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across Product Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Research. You’ll be a strategic partner to our Engineering and TA teams—bringing creativity, rigor, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape to proactively uncover exceptional candidates.
