We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Specialist who can jump in and help us shape the future of new media technology.

• Hands-on Systems Deployment: Lead the installation, setup, and deployment of our AV and IT systems. This includes hands-on work with wiring, cabling, and using hand/power tools to ensure every project is executed with precision.
• Customer Support & Training: Provide direct technical support to our clients. You’ll be the one who resolves issues and trains users, making sure they can use their new systems effectively.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. You’ll work with our partners to find solutions and manage the RMA process for equipment.
• Project Execution: Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams to ensure all specifications are met. You’ll be responsible for the seamless execution of projects, from initial setup to final delivery.
