TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST- WITH A STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS.

We are strengthening our service team in Norway and are looking for a car paint technician who will assist our customers in achieving the fastest work processes in the market. The position will work towards customers throughout Norway and with all of Axalta’s leading paint brands - Spies Hecker, Standox, Cromax and Syrox. The position will be part of a team of highly competent colleagues with one and the same goal - satisfied customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• High interest and knowledge of all the various processes in a paint shop.
• Vocational certificate as a car painter or equivalent, relevant technical experience can compensate for a lack of education.
• Outgoing personality with good relationships in the industry.
• Understanding of various sales processes and enjoys having many balls in the air.
• Curious and concerned about quality in all stages and processes.
• Good linguistic and written knowledge in Norwegian and English.
• Distinct service attitude and motivated by providing good service.
• Structured and analytical, with the ability to work independently.
