We are seeking a Technical Specialist Data Analytics and AI Engineer to join our global technical learning team. This person will design learning materials focused on various aspects of data analytics with emphasis on data science, BI, data management and IoT, which will play a pivotal role in guiding customers on how to extract maximum value from their data.
In this role, you collaborate closely with diverse global and cross-functional teams, each representing various cultures and perspectives, to design and deliver learning initiatives aligned with our people-centric culture. We are looking for an individual with keen attention to detail and with strong project management skills.
The Learning and Education Technical Specialist is responsible for developing technical training material, including working with Subject Matter Experts and Product Managers. These materials are for our users, as well as the partners and customer success professionals that help our customers adopt new technologies.

• Design and develop experiential learning solutions that support adult learning best practices, address needs identified in a job/task analysis, drive behavior change, and improve performance of users, partners, and students.
• Create and curate content for eLearning and instructor led training using the latest technology and innovative techniques.
• Build and maintain valued relationships with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Design interactive courseware and videos that appeal to various learning styles and international audiences.
• Develop quizzes and other assessments to measure a learner’s knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
• Follow branding guidelines and standards to ensure content is professional and consistent with corporate look and feel for external audiences.
• Meet tough deadlines and proactively communicate plans and plan revisions as needed.
• Be a mentor to trainers and business partners for instructional design and enablement practices.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
