This opportunity in a nutshell This role offers a hands-on opportunity to install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites. You’ll be the key technical support partner—resolving breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal machine performance. You’ll also play a part in strengthening customer relationships, promoting service contracts and spare parts, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. How you’ll add value Ensure smooth equipment installation, commissioning, and operation at customer sites. Minimize downtime by providing timely technical support and maintenance. Strengthen customer trust through proactive service and reliable solutions. Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service contracts and spare parts. Enhance equipment performance by conducting audits and recommending improvements. Provide accurate reporting and feedback to help improve product design and service quality. Contribute to a customer-first culture, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. What you need to be successful Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or service-based environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry. Skilled in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, especially for automated systems. Holds a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with at least 2 years’ technician experience. Demonstrates strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proactive and independent, with logical problem-solving abilities at customer sites. Willing to travel frequently and work on-site across North Luzon. Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of electrical or automation systems is an advantage.
